I am currently studying year 12, have been kicked out of home and am looking for a room to stay in. I receive money from centrelink. I am tidy and will take care of the home.
The room for rent is the MASTER bedroom, it is fully furnished with a WALK-IN (!) wardrobe and locking doors. One door opens to the main bathroom and the other to the hallway. The windows have security screens which can be raised and lowered with a remote control. The room also contains a study desk, lamp, chair and TV as well as heating and cooling. The house has high speed premium NBN internet as well as Foxtel in the lounge room the bills for both are included in the rent. The kitchen is modern and there is plenty of space for anything the tenant would like to store in the fridge and pantry. There is also an outdoor sitting area and a small yard with a mandarin tree. There is free on-street parking and the nearest bus stop is a 2-3-minute walk away. It can take tenants directly to Tea Tree Plaza and from there, there is a direct bus to the city on the O-Bahn. The nearest supermarket is about 5-6 minutes away on foot. The bills for water, gas and electricity will be divided evenly. Natasha and I are both studying and are searching for another student to live with us. We are friendly and always keep the house tidy. Ideal tenants would pay rent, bond and bills on time, clean up after themselves and be respectful of the home and everyone living there.
Hi:) I am an easy going, respectful, clean person looking for a shared house. I'm Polish, living in Adelaide for about 10 years. I'm looking for a pet friendly house as I've got a dog. Bailey (Australian Coolie) is 10 years old, he is friendly, obedient and quiet. In the past few years, I have shared the house with various people and never had any problems. I like meeting new people and sharing the space with mutual respect for eachother. I work full time, I love being outdoors, discovering new places, travelling, being active. I am into sustainable living, currently learning about permaculture and in the future I would like to design and build my own tiny house.
A couple needing somewhere to live for about a month or 2. Both happy, friendly, respectful people. We have a dog and 2 cats, all crate trained. Can be outdoors if needed. Our current house is no longer a safe place to live so need somewhere asap.
