I am a very respectful, clean house proud person. I am easy going. I am currently working on a part time basis mainly on weekends and Mondays. I am quiet and generally happy. I enjoy meditation, reading, gardening and watching movies. I would ideally like the use of shed as I do glass mosaic art work.

I am in the process of moving from the outer South East suburbs of Melbourne as I have just got a full time job in Lancefield working at an animal sanctuary. I am a friendly and easy going person. I am relatively neat and tidy and happy to help out around the house. I don't tend to spend a lot of daylight hours at home as when I'm not at work I'm usually out riding my horse. When I am home I am happy to be social but also happy to just chill out and do my own thing.
We've just moved in to a house in Hidden Valley, and we've got a spare bedroom to rent out. It's a large 4 bedroom house with high quality appliances throughout. The entire house is furnished except for the bedrooms. The bedrooms are large and have built in robes. The kitchen is stocked with brand new cutlery, crokery, and cookware, it’s got a massive stove/oven, and TWO HUGE 570L fridge/freezers means enough space for everyone - you'll get half of a massive fridge/freezer all to yourself! The living area has a large 65' 4K UHD TV, and will be able to stream videos from Netflix or YouTube via the unlimited high-speed NBN Wi-Fi. The laundry has a brand new Bosch washing machine - German quality! We also have a gym set in the Garage (Bodyworx home gym with leg press and crosstrainer). All of the bills, including cleaning products, laundry powder, toilet paper, etc, as well as the internet, electricity, water, and gas, are bundled up for $30 per week on top of the rent. This way, everyone chips in equally, and no-one has to dread a big power bill taking the fun out of their weekend. We're also going to set up a weekly cleaning roster to keep everything clean - so if you're a grub, please look elsewhere.
4 bedroom house in newer estate in Wallan, with large open plan living areas, large bedrooms with BIR and a seperate bathroom. Outside the house is maintained by gardener, so only need to worry about inside. 20 minutes from cragieburn and 60 from the CBD. Rent is $150/week, but negotiable. Bills not included. I do have a cat, he's a gem and doesnt cause any issues, but if youre not into kittens, probably reconsider.
looking for a place to stay surrounding the northern suburbs. despite only being nineteen years of age, i can guarantee that i have had experience living in a share house. that being said, i have an understanding of the boundaries that need to be set in order to ensure an environment that would suit all those who are living under the one roof. at the minute, i am currently the full time carer for my younger sister, and am also looking to start studying psychology at deakin college next year. furthermore, i can assure you that i am responsible with my income and have managed to save more than a sufficient amount in the bank. despite being young, i can promise you that money will not be an issue. i like to keep my area clean and can fend for myself in the sense that i am able to cook my own food, buy my own groceries, clean after myself, do my own washing, as well as drive myself around. in regards to furnishings, i have my own belongings to fill up the room for rent, so that shouldn't be an issue. i am an extremely outgoing person and can easily adapt to different environments. i would love to be able to move into a home where we are comfortable and can remain friendly and civil. i will not invade your personal space as well as your personal belongings, and so i ask for that same level of respect. i also love animals and have my own beautiful bengal cat, bernie, however he can be left to stay with my parents if you would prefer. in my spare time, i enjoy watching movies, socialising, listening to music, and seeing friends. so i'm hoping to find a place where i would be able to have friends come around to visit. i am ready to move in immediately and would love to hear from you!
Hey I am a 21 year old who has been living in the same sharehouse for the past 3 years. I love where I currently live but I have just scored a chef apprenticeship in Yarra glen and live too far from work. I am very friendly but respectful of space. My favourite pastimes are cooking and reading and I am a very clean person.
Hey, I'm Beth. I'm wanting to move into a new house and am looking for someone to "team up" and get one together, preferably somewhere that's not too far of a drive from Research (30min drive max). I have a 5yo son who will be at school next year so I'm looking for someone who is ok with children and isn't too wild. I'm not against having a couple of people over on the weekend and a few drinks or whatever though. I'm not a grump haha. I've lived in shared accommodation before, and will keep the house tidy (with a child there are sometimes toys and stuff laying around but not dirty), respect your privacy and your stuff and wouldn't expect you to join in our life (although if you wanted to share a meal or hang out with us then that's great). I have a good rental history and am currently renting a property by myself for $350pw plus bills easily, so you wouldn't need to stress about if I was able to pay rent or bills. I'm open to sharing a whole house, or renting a house with a granny flat out the back for someone who enjoys a bit more space to themselves. My lease has ended to I can move anytime. Send me a message if this might be something you'd be interested in! :)
