I pay my bills as priority, clean up after myself and am just a quiet housemate who keeps to themselves but is always willing and ready for talks and deep meaningful conversations. I take criticism very well and aim to please everyone in the household.
I’m moving back to Victoria for work and am looking for someone interesting to live with who likes to keep relatively clean. I’m a single bloke who spends most of his time working, training or outdoors in some way. No pets but I am hoping to get a dog at some point soon.
I am a respectful, clean, quiet teen. I often stay home on nights off, and if i have friends over, we keep to ourselves. Im not often home as im busy with work/school and work placement. Im very bubbly and easy to get along with 😁 Im a cook so i can make us good pasta also😏
We've just moved in to a house in Hidden Valley, and we've got a few spare bedrooms to rent out. It's a large 4 bedroom house with high quality appliances throughout. The entire house is furnished except for the bedrooms. The bedrooms are large and have built in robes. The kitchen is stocked with brand new cutlery, crokery, and cookware, it’s got a massive stove/oven, and TWO HUGE 570L fridge/freezers means enough space for everyone - you'll get half of a massive fridge/freezer all to yourself! The living area has a large 65' 4K UHD TV, and will be able to stream videos from Netflix or YouTube via the unlimited high-speed NBN Wi-Fi. The laundry has a brand new Bosch washing machine - German quality! We also have a gym set in the Garage (Bodyworx home gym with leg press). All of the bills, including cleaning products, laundry powder, toilet paper, etc, as well as the internet, electricity, water, and gas, are bundled up for $30 per week on top of the rent. This way, everyone chips in equally, and no-one has to dread a big power bill taking the fun out of their weekend. We're also going to set up a weekly cleaning roster to keep everything clean - so if you're a grub, please look elsewhere.
PLEASE NOTE, that I am only searching for a place until mid April, as I will then be moving to Canada. If this is okay for your home, then read on about me. Thanks. I am a friendly, but initially shy 29yr old with a love of the performing arts, a Pilates studio receptionist and temp worker and also studying natural therapies. I really enjoy running and hiking and love going on day trips with my pack on. I enjoy a community atmosphere and wish to interact with housemates and become friends, not just merely live with people you don't know. Would love to live with those that share. Share food, share music, share stories, share experiences. I prefer a household without a TV, or at least not have it on all the time blaring nonsense. More than happy to enjoy some documentaries or some movies or Netflicks from time to time though! We can make our own entertainment! I'm looking for people who can think critically, are creative and expressive, incorporate spiritual practice into their lives and homes and are gentle souls. I like housemates to be considerate of others by cleaning up after themselves, not continually slamming doors and heavy stomping etc. Ask others if they would like anything from the shops if you are going, or offer to do someone's dishes if they are running late. I am a vegetarian, but don't mind what other people's preferences are. It tends to be easier for people to look after their own shopping, but more than happy to chip in for veggie boxes if people do that, and definitely up for sharing dinners and baking experiments!! I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to move in somewhere that does have an animal or two! Any questions, ask away!! Thanks, Loz
Hi there, my name is Kelly and I am moving over to Melbourne in two weeks from Auckland, New Zealand. I've been offered a great new work opportunity as a Dietitian and communications advisor starting on the 12th of February. I love new experiences and meeting new people. I'm easy going and a really reliable person. I have been looking after two properties in Auckland and as my flatmates and landlords say they're really going to miss my laugh, that I love to sit down and have a glass of wine and watch a movie, am tidy and clean and always helping others out, love to cook and share a meal, playing a range of sports and to get outside and explore the great outdoors.
I am very easy going, and I enjoy getting to know people. I do value my own time and space, and understand this need in others, but I am also happy to spend quality time with people. I think I am fairly out-going, and have a wide variety of interests. I'm always keen to try new things. I am a tidy person, and always happy to help out with the upkeep of the home. I am an animal lover, and have one dog, Imago, who I would like to have with me. She is a very loving dog, and adores people.
Hi Guys, large house with yard available in Wallan VIC. The area has really developed in the last couple of years, which has seen a number of good local cafes and bars around. THE HOUSE: 3 large bedrooms (master with ensuite currently rented), the two remaining bedrooms share one large bathroom with Spa bath. Full ducted heating throughout and wood fire in lounge room, split system air conditioning. Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Seperate study / office area and large tiled rumpus room (currently empty - house mates may wish to turn this room into a gym, theatre room, activities room ect. I used to have a pool table and bar I there, but have since moved it out. When the property was leased by an agent it was marked as a 4th (double) bedroom) - would consider renting this space out to a tenant for their sole use if requested. The house also has a large alfresco area with cafe blinds perfect for entertaining and a large front and back yard (tenants job to keep maintained). BEDROOM 1: $200.00 per week. Large bedroom with queen bed (optional - can remove if preferred), bedside tables, curtains and large wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 (includes garage parking): $220.00 per week. Large bedroom with queen bed (optional - can remove if preferred), bedside tables, curtains and large wardrobe. OTHER THINGS WORTH NOTING: - water, gas and electricity is included. The property currently has Foxtel which is paid for my the remaining tenant. - minimum 3 month lease term and a 2 week bond required. - Hendrix (the ragdoll cat is the boss of the house) and Jagger (the frenchie) is also a current flat mate but will be moving out shortly. Pets considered upon application.
The property is on 17 acres, mostly intact native bush with an acre of flat area around the house. Plenty of space for kicking a ball around or going for a bush walk. Neighbours are not close, which means playing loud music is not an issue. I am into permaculture and conservation, so there is plenty of organic produce, including free range eggs available. There is also a pizza oven which we use from time to time. Additionally, there are many wildflowers on the property, including rare orchids which pop up in spring and early summer.
3 Bedroom Mud Brick house situated on the creek. Quiet location, approximately 2km from town. Split system air-conditioner. Prefer working person/s. Very spacious open plan living. Smoking outside only. Long-term available.
Hello, My name is Joseph, I am working full time in a winery called Coldstream Hills in Yarra Valley and I am currently looking for room in Healesville area to move in around mid Jannuary. I'm looking to spend around 100 - 180$ per week. I would like to live in a tidy and organized flat which are two requirements I believe are essential to have a good atmosphere at home. I am a very easygoing person with a strong respect for everyone who will be sharing the flat with me. I'll be working full time, and in my free time I love to do outdoors activities, as hiking or running. I had many experiences as flatmate in the past and I know how important is to be respectful of others spaces and privacy, and I always clean up after myself and I would expect the same of any roommate. if needed I am able to references from my previous landlords and employer here in Australia and New Zealand. Thanks
I’m easy going and tidy, preferably looking for somewhere I can bring a gorgeous well behaved border collie with me, however open to anything. I’m studying at La Trobe University and work part time whilst also playing netball, so I won’t be around all that often during the day. I enjoy being active and socialising and am looking to live with people of similar interests to myself :)
