Hi, I’m Shay; 24 years old female currently residing in Camira, but am looking to make the move back to the Gold Coast. I am always on top of rent.
I am a very tidy, considerate and respectful person; you probably won’t see much of me as I am fairly kept to myself however don’t mind a chat here and there and am always friendly! I also respect that the house is your space.
I do have a cat named Felisha; she is very much a one-person cat and spends all her time curled up on my bed, so she would be fine to stay solely in my room, which would require an ensuite for her littler box. She’s a tidy cat and honestly, you won’t even know she’s around.
Please note: Because of the fact I have a cat, I need an ensuite so that I can put her litter box in there.
I am looking for somewhere anywhere on the Gold Coast! Max $309/week rent preferably… If you think you’ve got the room for me then I would love to hear from you!
