Hey there my name is Melina but everyone calls me Bob.
I have decided to leave my hectic Melbourne city life in search for somewhere calmer, smaller and warmer.
I'm looking a Team Up with one other person to look for a 2 bedroom property in the Sunshine Coast. I will be arriving on the 29th of October and my budget is $350pw.
Additionally, I am also looking for a temporary furnished bedroom in the Sunshine Coast region if finding a whole property takes longer than expected (also $350pw)

I am a respectful, considerate 40yr old woman that is looking for a likeminded housemate.
I love gardening, cooking, running/fitness, catching up with friends and family, and chilled nights in (my partying days are behind me). I am up for conversation and taking turns in cooking and having a meal together, but I do like my own space and will respect your own need to recharge.
I am very clean and tidy, respectful of space and belongings and budget savvy.
I have a Full Time Job lined up in retail as an Assistant Manager in Maroochydore, which I will start once I have landed.

I also have a cat that I adore. Her name is Pretzel and is very well trained, and sleeps most of the time. I understand that she may not be able to come with me initially (especially in temporary furnished accommodation), but she will be coming over once permanent accommodation is arranged.
I do not have a car at this point, so properties that are close to public transport and shops would be ideal.
