G'day - not done this b4 so apologies in advance if you need more info.
My wife and I (Professional managers in our mid 50's) have decided after 17 years to move back to Mandurah from Albany to be closer to Grandkids.......and much better weather!
We have both secured work in the Peel region, I at Mandurah Mitsubishi, my wife relocating her work from St Ives lifestyle village Albany to St Ives lifestyle village Mandurah.
I start work Jan 8 and my wife late Feb.
Our intention is to move back to the Peel region permanently.
As such I need short term (about a month) accommodation close to work while I find a long-term rental home for my wife and I before she starts her job.
I am a non-smoker, and my time will be largely spent at work and looking for a rental.
We are financially secure and looking forward to a smooth move back to Mandurah.
I trust this enough info for favorable consideration however of coarse message me should you need for more.
