Thank you for taking a moment to read fully.
I make a 6 figure income, I have one more year/possibly two years of saving to go to purchase my own property, such as the rental rises, I have decided to have a look around to find the same type of quality apartment as I have been living in for the last four years, with an extra bathroom and bedroom/ bedrooms in the view to share with one other person.
A spare bedroom making a 3 bedroom is possible, one or two parking spots potentially.
There seems to be some good quality appartments for $750-$950 of this type.
My moving date is by March 7 sooner is possible so there is some moving room there.
What makes me great to live? well a good start is I cover the costs of the cleaning of the apartment every 12days which assures cleanliness.
So i am not stingy.
I am only interested in seperate bathrooms which again assures privacy which is cool and comfortable.
Personally I have a servant heart, I am no sleaze, I am discerning respectful and understand everybody has there quirks and boundaries giving me good understanding.
I’m proactive in the community and volunteer and minister to people through out the week.
My friends and peers would say these things about me also that I have a good sense of humour, like to laugh and an encourager.
I’m protective of my friends, family and the down trodden.
This year I would like to concentrate on saving money as I said previous, also eat well ( Brian Johnson protocols), learning new exercising techniques and body hacks.
This will be the 5th winter in a row of carrying out cold immersions 3 times a week. I can teach you breathe work and how to cold immerse.
I like learning new things such as different cultures overseas, explorations in other countries and eco farming.
The last couple of Authors/books I have read are written by Dr Joe Dispenza , Brendan Burchard and TD Jake’s disruptive thinking.
I am a Christian not the religious stiff necked judging type, just as Jesus my want is to walk the walk not talk the talk, always looking out for others and trying to remain solid in faith.
I have lived a full life to this stage applying my self to two building trades and owing a hairdressing salon in Sydney for 9 years.
I have two sisters one older, 3 nephews and one niece who I love very much.
I’m good with children and animals ( except cats) lol
