Ella

I am a first year university student at Melbourne University majoring in Psychology. I work part time in a small fruit shop in Seddon and studied in the west. I grew up in Western Australia and came to live in Melbourne when I was 15.

I’ve been independent since I was 15, and thus am self sufficient, clean, organised and motivated. I am friendly and keen to make friendships with others. I’m happy living with people my age and older, and adapt well to social settings. That being said, I am polite and respectful of sleeping and the boundaries of others!

My budget is about $275 per week, and I must live somewhere with internet (for online classes). I can pay bond, and a month’s rent in advance, and have evidence of my capacity to continue the costs of a lease.

I am happy to share a room or have a private room. I am open to either joining an existing share house, or, meeting another person to start a share house.
