Rajyavardhan Choudhury and Aneet Mandal

Hi, We are international students at UNSW Kensington Campus studying Masters of Information Technology, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Aneet is a very good friend of mine. I go by Roi mostly.

We are looking for any properties or rooms with a strong preference for furnished 2 BHK houses or apartments. We are also open to looking for 3 BHK and semi-furnished options.

We both are currently engaged in part-time jobs in fields of retail, adminstration, university facilitation and teaching. Hence, we have multiple engagements and we spend most of time studying or working. Thereby, we are hard-workers with good financial stability and backing with a consistent rental history, hence we will always pay rent on time and be respectful to our flatmates and neighbours.

We value a good kept home and therefore we will take good care of the property or room.
