Hiya! My names maisy and I’ve just moved to Australia on a working holiday visa, and am looking for a place to live in Sydney. Right now im job hunting and I’ve got a few interviews lined up so I’m pretty confident I’ll start work in the next couple of weeks. A bit about me 😌 I’m from London and have worked in recruitment then advertising for the last 5 years since graduating uni, and lived with house mates and pals for years now and absolutely love it. I’m super sociable and outgoing, and I’d love to become good friends with whoever I end up living with. I’m all about sharing experiences whether that’s catching the sunrise, going for a swim in the sea, running / hiking / walking, road trips, going for drinks and a boogie at the local pub, trying new food places, but also chilling at home - binging Netflix and cooking wholesome meals. I’m super excited to start this new chapter in Sydney and get stuck in! I’ve put 3 months in the description as I have to return to London for a few weeks in the summer as my friend is getting married - but I then plan to fly back to Sydney and stay for the rest of the year until I assess my visa situation. So really I’m looking for something long term with maybe the opportunity to sublet my room while I’m gone? But it’s also fine if not and the room is only free short term. Beggars can’t be choosers and I know the Sydney rental market is crazy right now! I look forward to hearing from you hopefully 😌
