Looking to rent a room in a shared flat for a 6 month rental or sublet; flexible for more or less. Ready to rent as soon as today!

I'm a Korean-American, native to Los Angeles, who also holds a Spanish residency and has lived in Bangkok. I'm a tech professional (Digital Product Designer) taking a break from my career to explore more creative expressions while immersing myself in Australian culture and lifestyle! Currently interviewing at floral studios while I continue to freelance on the side.

In my free time, you'll find me:
- being active: HIIT, yoga, hiking, indoor climbing, or anything else new
- baking, cooking, trying new places around town
- out dancing if a favorite musician is in town, otherwise, I'll be cross-stitching while listening to a podcast

I've been in shared living situations in various countries and all kinds of arrangements, and:
- I prefer to leave shared spaces ready to use for others
- Love sharing meals and treats with roommates
- Appreciate having alone time and respecting others' too
- Don't smoke or really drink anymore, but don't mind if others do (I'm usually the last man standing on nights out though)

If you have pets, love to cuddle and would be happy to help care for them if you're in a pinch (I've been a fur-mom myself).
