Hello everyone

My name is Ali Bayat, and I'm 26 years old with a background in bachelor engineering. I was born in Iran and moved to Turkey to develop my experience in business. Later, I moved to Australia to enhance my knowledge of project management. I am a student worker undergoing Lexis training in Brisbane, Australia, serving as a project manager. I relocated to Australia for my studies. Additionally, I am presently employed in a casual position. I am interested in applying for the house to be closer to both my coursework and job, eliminating the need for transportation.
I also work remotely as a Business Development Manager for my last company, generating self-income. My previous address is in Turkey, where I own a house that I moved from to my current location Felix st 26/252. I'm currently working with Seko Food. I like to have a roommate with two separate rooms and a bathroom flexible. I prioritize regular physical activity as part of my daily routine and am committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
