Hi! Mikaila here applying for the property advertised.
I’m looking for a place to call home, to feel safe and comfortable! I am born and raised in Melbourne and work full time. I love the friendly neighbourhood and keen to stay close to my job, friends and family. I would be a responsible tenant and if I were to show you it would be greatly appreciated and would love to find somewhere to stay for the long term. I do not have a rental history but I am definitely ready to take on this next chapter in my life of independence and self development.
In my spare time i like to go out to eat, shopping, see friends and family but also love the company of my self in my own space and surroundings. I’m a very active person, going for walks, getting a coffee and also training at the gym. Having somewhere to come to without any troubles is definitely my intentions as I keep to myself and do my thing! I am clean, organised and very motivated would love to treat the home like my own.
