I'm a 35-year-old single person looking to relocate. Currently residing in Windsor, I aim to stay within inner Brisbane or the northern/western side, preferably near public transportation. I have a stable income, working full-time three days in the office and two days from home, and I would need office space at home if possible.

My ideal property would have a fully enclosed yard as I have a very friendly affectionate 3 year-old medium-sized border collie weighing 18kg who loves being outdoors, although he mainly stays indoors and is well-trained, rarely barking and afraid of cats. Additionally, I would prefer having my own bathroom if possible and am bringing my own furniture. I lean towards tiles or polished floors rather than carpeted floors.

I don’t have a car at the moment would ideally prefer to have a garage for future car and or storage space.

I'm laid-back, enjoy conversations and appreciate a mix of outdoor activities like beach trips, walks, and hikes, alongside quieter evenings at home for movies or go to music festivals. I value cleanliness and respect others' privacy and space.

My dog and I are early risers and we go to bed quite early also, during the weeknights this is important to us.
