Hey! I’m Monika – friendly, easygoing, and responsible. I’m moving to Melbourne from the outside of Sydney and looking for a place to call home, either by joining an existing sharehouse or a private studio like room. I’ve got past experience renting and subletting, and I’m confident in managing bills and house responsibilities.

I’m clean, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces. I like a peaceful home vibe but also enjoy a chat over tea or a shared meal every now and then. I don’t smoke, don’t party much, and generally keep things pretty low-key. 🌿

What I am looking for,
-Housemates who are open-minded, respectful, and communicative
-I’m happy with a mixed-age house – as long as we vibe well!
-Either a furnished or unfurnished room works
-I’m open to short-term or long-term setups

While I adore animals and have two beautiful sibling cats, I won’t be bringing them with me at this stage. So no worries if the house isn’t pet-friendly!
