I'm a 25 year old female originally from North Brisbane and I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for about 6/7 years now. I enjoy an active lifestyle, reading, nature walks, the beach and live music. I take pride in keeping my space and any communal spaces clean. I'm looking for a room in a place with people who are ideally around my age, who are easy going and easy to chat to. I am able to fully furnish my own room so prefer the room to be unfurnished as I don’t want to sell all of my belongings. I also have all of my own kitchen supplies and are more than happy to share my appliances or use mine to upgrade the household as well. I am looking for somewhere quite urgently (prior to July 2025) I have great rental references and have always paid my rent on time. I have my own car but am quite happy with whatever parking space is offered, even if this is street parking. (Please specify how much a week rent is including bills when reaching out)
