Hi im Sean, a 24 year old that works full time in marketing.

I’m friendly, easy-going, and used to shared living — always respectful and considerate of others' space. And I’m looking for flatmates who are equally as laid-back, active, and sociable.

I’m social, down for a beer/coffee but also clean, tidy and have a fairly busy schedule on a regular week. While I enjoy being social and catching up now and then, I also value personal space and am always respectful of others’ privacy and noise levels.

After work I like to go for a run or see friends and occasionally play soccer/basketball if my knee doesn't feel like it's going to collapse on the day of. I probably spend the majority of my free time doing work related side projects (Which is me working on a laptop in my room quietly) so that's where you will find me.

Open to pets and any varying number of roommates. Also I don’t smoke, but also don't mind if housemates do.
