Hi, looking for a room in a share house, or someone who is interested in renting a house / unit with me in a quiet area.

I am relocating from Brisbane as I have a new job in Tamworth and currently working remote & hoping to move as soon as possible so I can work in the office.

I Have a friendly disposition and respectful of others. I'm a bookkeeper and work as an office manager for healthcare services. Occasionally do some sewing & gardening. I am reasonably quiet, enjoy socialising and going out for walks, swimming & dancing etc.

Hoping for a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom or some storage area. I don't own much furniture, mainly bedroom plus a few boxes and would like off-street parking. Prefer a non-smoking environment & house with little or no carpet.
