Both of us have experience living in a shared home.

Essentially we understand that in shared homes, tenants want to feel comfortable and we would want to live with other people who can also make us feel comfortable sharing the common areas within the shared home. This also means being considerate of other tenant's access to clean surfaces, relaxation time and much more.

As two full-time employed government worker's, we have capacity to pay rent and are looking for a reasonable rent price, as we are saving.
