I am looking for a quiet flat (granny flat) or share house/unit in Cairns.

Move in from early January onwards as I have to move out of my current flat, as it is being SOLD.

I am employed, (full time), mature, clean and tidy and expect the same with others. Most importantly, I am SUPER quiet, which is the number one thing I ask of new my potential residence, that it be quiet.

Not into parties at home (non-drinker, non-smoker, non-vaper) nor loud music, just a quiet, peaceful and CLEAN environment to live.
