I will be returning to Katherine by early April. I have a full-time job working away half the time (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) and will be working casually out of Katherine during my days off, which will also involve some travel. So I won't actually be home very much.
I'm looking for a safe and secure granny flat, self-contained unit or similar, but am willing to share a place with one other. Would much prefer something out of town, but I'm open to all areas. Would prefer furnished, fully air-conditioned and a split-system aircon in the bedroom.
I am an exceptionally clean and tidy person, am quiet and like my own space; if I were sharing a house, the other person would need to be the same.
