Due to the options to select from, I couldn't include Mum on the initial profile ad. Mother and daughter looking for short term accommodation in between selling and buying property. We have just moved up from the South Coast to the Lake Macquarie area with our belongings in storage. We were intending to house/pet sit but most people already have someone organised or haven't responded. We would like to share a room together in a share house for 4 weeks until Mum can move into her next property. I'm usually a renter and will be looking for work up here now. We are willing to pay a bond and bills for the 4 weeks. Mum is a retired School Teacher and I'm most recently a Teacher Aide. We are both clean, tidy, respectful, honest and live a quiet lifestyle. We are both non-smokers and non-drinkers. We each have a car so we would need at least some on street parking.
