Hi, I am returning to the area to live and work, am single and in my early sixties. I am looking for somewhere quiet preferably a granny flat or with other mature minded people with reciprocal respect. In saying this I am social and enjoy the occasional few drinks but not up for a party house. I am clean living and like to be tidy.
I watch some TV, mostly light hearted and sport, but not a must. I like to get out and about on my days off so not a couch potato.
I haver been renting through flatmates for a few years now and can provide referees should you require them.
