Hi there, I’m looking for an unfurnished room with an $150pw budget. (Easy/ West/ South Launceston, Newstead, Invermay) It would be great if the room is sunshine accessible, free to cook, heater friendly, close to the gym, bus stop, & shopping center. Preferably you can provide a formal legal lease with my name on it.

A bit more about myself: I’m an accounting graduate from UTAS and will commence an new accounting job in 2 weeks at Launnie CBD. I'm an easy-going, tidy, fun, and enthusiastic girl. I’ve got a variety of interests from horse riding to reading, etc, so it won’t be a problem if you want to share fun moments in life. 😉😉I used to have delightful conversations with my housemates and maintained a good relationship with the landlord. I'd like to make the new place a home where can find peace and share ideas with the same kind of mature and clean people.
