Denice and Chris

Hey!
My partner and I have just moved up to the area from Newy, as we both needed a bit of a sea change and wanted to be closer to the ocean. We have spent a lot of time here for the past couple of years, visiting friends and we love it. We are currently staying with our friends, but are looking for our own place to call home and make it ours!

We are both easy going and laid back people that loves the ocean and nature. Chris is an avid surfer and we both spend most of our free time down at the beach. In Newcastle we rented our own house for around 3 years, so we know the drill with paying rent and bills on time, as well as looking after our property. Before that, we have both lived in share houses for a long time.

We both love to socialise and cook dinner together, so a nice kitchen would be a big plus. We also like the occasional pub excursion and road trips. I have a small passion for gardening... so will be bringing with me my small collection of plants, we both think this makes a house feel homey! A place with a garden would be lovely, as I would love to grow our own veggies and so.

We are pretty enviro conscious and like to minimise our impact on the earth!

Chris works full time as a roofer, and I do casual work while looking for a full time position, so we have a stable income.

Looking for anything from a studio to a 3 bedroom house, ideally longterm! Since we would really love to stay in Valla Beach!
