I’m looking to find a space of my own. A self contained space anywhere that is within 10min drive to Byron town. Mold free, with wifi and a functional kitchen/bathroom. A nice little outdoor area a bonus (I am real into nature).

Budget is $400-700 so pretty flexible there.

Little bit about me:
I’m 39, single, Australian, originally from Adelaide, moved here start of 2025. Was a Barista as my main job in a very popular coffee place in Byron central town, and now work full time with my online ecommerce business. Also for extra income I play gigs (musician), and create video/audio content for small businesses.

I love surfing, keeping active and fit, health conscious, I do Yoga every day. I'm social but need my alone downtime, and an early riser. Very easy to get along with, super respectful, clean, quiet, handy around the place for jobs that may need to be done.

Ideally I’d love to find something that is not on the market yet if you are looking for someone trustworthy before you post the place online, and keen for long term, plus a good friendly relationship. Look forward to hearing form you.
