I’m looking to find a space of my own, preferably a self contained space anywhere that is within 10min drive to Byron town.

Budget is $350 - 400 but of course willing to go more if its worth it for me. I understand its hard in the market so open to whatever is possible and works.

Little bit about me:
I’m Australian, originally from Adelaide, moved here start of 2025. I’m a Barista as my main job in a very popular coffee place in Byron central town. Also for extra income I play gigs (musician), have an online ecommerce brand, and create video/audio content for small businesses.

I love surfing, keeping active and fit, social but need my alone downtime, and an early riser. Very easy to get along with, super respectul, clean, handy around the place for jobs that may need to be done. Being a local barista have gotten to know many of the epic locals in Byron town too.

Ideally I’d love to find something that is not on the market yet if you are looking for someone trustworthy before you post the place online, and keen for long term, plus a good friendly relationship, please send me a message and lets chat.
