Hi Guys! My name is Niki and I am here looking for safe and stable housing to call home :)

I am a student of Flinders Uni studying Paramedic Science, its full time and keeps me pretty busy! I am not currently employed, due to my heavy study load, but receive a stable Centrelink income and have high values so there will be no problems ensuring rent is paid on time, every time.

I love to play basketball, badminton and cycle! I am very active person! I love food, cooking and eating it. I enjoy spending time with housemates, watching movies or sharing the food we cook. So finding house mates that are social is important to me. That said, I am respectful of others space and privacy and am often found studying hard anyway.

I am looking for a place within a reasonable distance to Flinders Uni. I would like to find a place with a maximum of 3 other housemates, not fussed on age or gender but cleanliness is a must. I am also looking for a furnished room and would prefer a place that includes bills.
