Hi! My name is Nicolas, I’m 30 and originally from Argentina. I’m currently living in Bondi, Sydney, and planning to move to the Mollymook area in early November for a job opportunity at the Molly Motel.

I’m easy going, tidy, and respectful of others’ space. I enjoy staying active, training, and eating healthy — I don’t smoke and usually keep meals simple and nutritious. I’ve shared flats in Bondi for the past few years and always maintain a clean and relaxed living environment.
