I'm planning a move to Adelaide to Darwin anytime in April for a new full-time role. I'm looking for a place with 15-minute access to the CBD (or access to public transport). I'm exploring options to team up with someone on a property. I hardly know anyone in Darwin, so finding a great housemate sounds like a good first step!
I'm keen to get a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom situation. I'll go up to $500 pw (excluding bills) from my contribution towards rent. I would expect my housemates share to be least $250 pw, so we can team up to get a half decent property.
