My name is Ryan. I am 51 years old, semi-retired, I clear over 3.3K per month. I am a VERY Clean person around the house and kitchen. I have a green thumb, and enjoy gardening
I am not in a relationship, as I am a single father, and my extremely talented 17yo Son needs to stay with me 50% of the time (just for the rest of this year). He is a Classical Pianist and has two teachers. He would practice on a digital piano that has volume and headphones. He has a busy schedule doing Year12 this year online (VSV), and working towards Melb Uni 2027, when he will stop living with me. Seth has a lovely very well-behaved dog “Marley” that we enjoying walking twice a day. He is 100% friendly and house trained. We are diligent in cleaning up after him, as well as myself vacuuming inside regularly. I am financially secure, and will always pay Rent and bills on time, no worries there. I don’t drink or smoke, and are not really into socializing, prefer to walk the dog, writing a book, cooking from home, researching on internet, I play acoustic guitar my whole life, and are always busy with my Son’s Piano activities. But next year he will be moving to Melb with Grandparents to study Piano at Uni, and will only visit on holidays or occasional weekends. So, I am looking for someone to start up a new lease in a house together in Warragul or Drouin.
