My name is Ryan. I am currently in the city renting but want to move back out towards the country or outer suburbs. (Mum lives in Warragul area). I am a 51 year old disability pensioner, I clear over 3.3K per month. I am a VERY Clean person around the house and kitchen. I have a green thumb, and enjoy gardening, would like to contribute to your garden spaces. I love dogs, I design houses, play acoustic guitar, and are writing my first book. Finishing the last chapter now, looking to self-publish soon.
I am not in a relationship, as I am a single father, and my extremely talented 17yo Son “Seth” needs to stay with me 50% of the time. Bringing our own King Single with Trundle bed under. He is a Classical Pianist and has two teachers. He would practice on a digital piano that has volume and headphones. He has a busy schedule doing Year12 this year online (VSV), and working towards Melb Uni 2027, when he will stop living with me. Seth has a lovely very well-behaved Kelpie dog “Marley” (like his little brother) that we enjoying walking twice a day. He is 100% friendly and well trained/chill around the house. We are diligent in cleaning up after him, as well as myself vacuuming inside regularly. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs, just need an internet connection, some green spaces and nice house mates. I do have my own room furniture, but it can be stored or sold.
