My name is Ryan. I am 51, divorced - single Dad, and have my extremely talented Son Seth (17) staying with me 50% of the time. Seth does School online. He is a prodigy Classical Pianist and has two teachers. He would practice on a digital piano that has volume and headphones. He has a busy schedule this year working towards his Music Exams and Melb Uni. Seth has a lovely very well-behaved Border Collie “Marley” that we enjoying walking twice a day. He is 100% friendly and well trained/chill around the house. We are diligent in cleaning up after him, as well as myself vacuuming inside regularly. I am very clean person & like living in a tidy home, also I have a green thumb from previous careers in Landscaping and Architecture. I work from home on my PC. I drive a Suzuki SX4.
