I work full time in the Port Adelaide area and have secure, ongoing employment. I like to keep busy with work and a few personal projects, and spend my downtime catching up with friends, getting outdoors, or just relaxing. I enjoy a good chat and get along easily with others, but I also value time to myself to unwind and recharge.

Having lived in shared accommodation for much of my adult life, I’m well used to sharing a space respectfully. I keep things tidy, don’t make noise at odd hours, and always clean up after myself. I don’t use other people’s things, and I’m mindful about how shared areas are left.

I’m a minimalist, so I don’t need or take up much space.

Reliable, considerate, and easy to live with, I like a calm, easygoing household where everyone can come home and feel comfortable. If something needs fixing, I can usually sort it out myself.

I don’t have pets, but I’m very happy to live with them and will treat them well.

Looking for a decent place with good people and a sense of mutual respect, ideally sharing with two or more others.
