Hi, I'm Bryce, and let me tell you a little about myself and what I'm looking for.

I'm a very clean 26 year-old who works full time in the emergency room and is a Physiotherapy student. I enjoy quiet time to myself when I get a break from work and study. I enjoy cooking a lot, so a nice kitchen is a big plus. Small patch of grass for the doggy bathroom and a garage to park in are requirements. The closer to the Ipswich hospital and the uni down the road the better though I'm casting a 20-30 minute commuting net around it.
I have a medium-sized dog named Mocha who is very well behaved and well trained who likes spending time cuddling and sleeping. I have large rugs for each room because even though her claws don't damage floors, it's peace of mind for you and if it was my house, I'd appreciate it.
No barking, digging, or chewing to worry about, she is very, very, well-trained and just sits in bed all day. She can come with rental references if you'd like.
