Damon and Vicki

My name is Damo and my partner is Vicki, we are looking for a place to live preferably in Katoomba. I work in outdoor education and tourism and Vicki has a similar professional background but is currently volunteering full time as an activist so is working from home mostly.

We are easy going, clean and generally live a quiet and relaxed life. In the past we have spent a lot of time living in shared accommodation but currently we live by ourselves in Kiama. We are keen to move to the mountains and rent a place with one or a couple of other people as we really enjoy communal living. We're both pretty social and often keen for a social evening and sharing a meal/drink but also like our own space and very respectful of the people we live with and their needs.

We prioritise taking care of the environment, eat mostly vegan, compost and shop plastic free and organic.

In our spare time, we regularly go on trips in the outdoors and do a lot of bushwalking together and with friends. I enjoy trail running and canyoning as well.

Somewhere with a veggie garden or the potential to start one would be amazing! In our current place we try to only eat veg out of our garden so a big garden would be great but not essential.
