Friendly and house-trained, I'm a non-smoker, non drinker, like sharing a pot of tea and value a quiet, cooperative space. I'm an environmental scientist working full-time. I work from home a couple of days a week so I need some additional space to set up a desk outside of a bedroom.
I'm quiet, respectful with no kids or pets. I love getting out for a walk or camping trip and regularly get away for the weekend.
Currently I'm living in Castlemaine and am interested in places a little further south (cooler) in the Central Goldfields, like Blackwood, Trentham or Daylesford or possibly the Dandenong or Yarra Ranges. A bush or country setting is ideal.

I'd also be interested in teaming up with 1-2 people to rent a nice place.
