I'm Suzie, 42, I live with my partner Joe, our 11-year-old son and our well-behaved senior Tenterfield Terrier called Duke. We're a clean, respectful, and easy-going family who value a peaceful home and good communication with housemates.

We are currently renting from my mother but she has decided to sell her property, so looking for some where in the South, Morphett Vale, Reynella or surrounding suburbs. Even would consider staying in Kingston Park if something came up that was suitable. Ideally would need a larger granny flat type situation or 2 bedroom within a home.

Having previously owned our own home in Morphett Vale, we understand what it means to look after a property properly and be reliable tenants.

In my spare time I enjoy creative projects like photo editing and writing.
We're looking for a stable, pet-friendly share in the southern Adelaide suburbs for at least the next 6 months. We're friendly, helpful around the house, and always happy to contribute to a positive household vibe, have plenty of furniture in storage if need be.
