I am a full time university student studying Environmental Science at the University of Wollongong, originally from Yallingup, WA. I have stable part-time employment in Wollongong about 25 hours per week as a surf instructor, and am an avid surfer. I myself am currently on a university scholarship for achievement, so am super committed to my studies and want a quiet location to be able to focus and manage my time well. I am looking for somewhere to rent close to the coast, preferably away from the busy Wollongong CBD area.

I am a highly respectful, motivated and mature individual, who leads very busy lifestyle with surfing, full time university and work. I have previous rental experience in Yallingup, Western Australia, as well as in Japan during a ski season.

I always keep space clean, maintain a respectful relationship with landlords, and have had all bonds refunded in full. I also love gardening and cooking, so am always happy to help out with house chores and maintenance. I am a super friendly and outgoing person who loves to meet new people.
