Hi, I’m looking for a place I can truly call home. I’m a mature and respectful person, not into parties, but I enjoy being social and outgoing when the chance comes up. I like to keep my space clean and tidy (I’m a “clean as I go” type) and I appreciate living with flatmates who are considerate and have the same approach.

I have a son, who is 32 months old,
and I share 50/50 custody of him with his father, so I’m especially mindful about creating and maintaining a positive and healthy living environment.

One important thing for me is a smoke-free environment, so I’m ideally looking for non-smoking flatmates.
