Originally from London, but have been in Australia for about 16 years now and settled in Central Coast. I am well travelled, and appreciate and get on well with all types of people.

I am a Professional worker with long term secure employment; and can supply references if required.

I would prefer to have my own space (room and en suite) but happy to share the bathroom with the right person who is clean and tidy. I am very house proud and organised.

I am needing somewhere for about 3-6 months as I am a land owner who is currently building my own home.

I am reliable, organised and very tidy and clean, respectful of others property (having been an owner myself who rented rooms previously and obtained an AirBnB Super Host status after just 3 months).

I am social and easygoing but also need my own quality time and space. I am out a lot usually open ocean swimming in the local beaches and work on my building site most of the time, when I am not at work.

If you have any spare storage space that would also be a bonus I would consider paying extra weekly rent for.

I should mention that I am a smoker but I don’t generally like smoking around other people; as I am trying to kick the habit; and again, I am very tidy and don’t like leaving or seeing ashtrays around, and I NEVER smoke inside any home I live in).

I am not a party animal, but I do enjoy good conversation and quality socialising, over a few glasses of wine while cooking at home, with some discerning or reminiscent music (jazz, classics, 50s, 60s, 70s / 80s music).

As an aside; I also work as a volunteer in the local community for which I have won awards for my efforts helping others in the community.
