Hi, my name is Chantelle.

I am a mature female Territorian born on Larrakia Country, Darwin. So, I'm quite familar with the changes we've had as I've also moved in-between interstate as well as overseas. However, the humidity just continues to linger a little longer these days.

I am still considered a student who is on the home stretch to completing my Masters in education.

I did work part-time too but my contract just ended and am in the process of finding Full-time or Part-time employment this time in the education field. (Side note: It all happened at once - my contract ending and my lease ending at the same time as finding out my uncle passed away. So, I had recently flown overseas to be with my relatives and just got back for the purpose of looking for work).

I am a clean and tidy person. Respectful and mindful of people and their property. You won't ever have an issue with me either (like I've lived with people before, so I'm completely aware of personal space too).

I have a great track record of paying rent in advance/on-time and consistently too. I have enough money to move-in to another place quite soon but also know I need a guaranteed job to keep me afloat to continue to meet my tenant responsibilities also. If you need references, I've got them both for house sharing and also when leasing on my own. Just this time, I'm wanting to budget for less than what I previously paid living on my own, so I can save for my own goals too.

I am Introverted, very friendly and love getting to know people too. I love animals and dont mind if you have them. One thing about me, is that I'm a plant mum (not crazy overboard of course, but I do like like plants lol). I love going outdoors, so come dry season - you may find me on a roadtrip or camping. I'm probably always out because I'm either attending to errands, appointments or hanging out with my family. Home is ideally to relax, unwind and enjoy personal space when my day isn't filled with something to do.

My goal once I graduate, (hopefully very soon, manifesting for 2024) is to eventually work out in remote communities and most likely pickup where I left-off in completing my other studies in Yolngu matha (language).
