I'm quiet, clean and respectful of others privacy. I don't leave old food in the fridge, I dont leave my laundry on the line, I dont use the drier when it's 30 degrees outside, i hang the bath matt up and i dont leave my hair all over the place. I respect house mates that can do the same.

I work fulltime so I am rarely home during the day, youll find me out of town on the weekends exploring or camping somewhere
I dont smoke or drink but it doesnt bother me if my housemates do, but not too keen on a party house either
