I'm 45 years looking for a studio, or room in shared house/flat, the accommodation required for myself only for longer term 12 months or more.
Working full time, very busy and rarly to stay home, might be few hours over weekend days. Would say open, easy going and used to travel overseas used to live and work easily in multi-national cultures.
