G’day, I’m Colin, 48

I’m on the hunt for a quiet house in a decent, laid-back neighbourhood with housemates who are chilled, respectful, and preferably human (but I’m open to well-behaved animals).

I don’t drink, I keep to myself, and I’m friendly in that “happy to chat but won’t chew your ear off at 2am” kind of way. I’m tidy, considerate, and I clean up after myself — not just when guests are coming over.

I’m health-conscious and treat my body and home like sacred temples (minus the chanting). I love the beach, animals, and going for random countryside cruises to discover places I’ve definitely driven past 20 times already.

Mostly, I just want a peaceful, drama-free home where everyone gets along and no one steals your food unless they ask first.
