Hey there,

My partner Keia and I are looking for a 2 bedroom property with a garage in Cumbalum or Lennox Head.

My name is Billie, I am a 29 year old female from South Australia and I have been living in Byron for the past 3 and a half years. I work full time between house painting and window cleaning. I’ve been renting for 10+ years in rentals so I understand the value of a good tenant. I am very clean, I always use my initiative with house maintenance, quiet, respectful/considerate of neighbours, friendly and active.

Keia is 27 from the Northern Beaches in Sydney. He works full time as a window and pressure cleaner. Keia has great rental references, loves to keep fit, is extremely tidy, motivated and takes care of his surroundings.

We hope to find a long term property around $600 in Lennox epic or Cumbalum.
