I’m moving to the Grafton area for work in early to mid August and am looking for a clean, calm, and friendly place to call home.

A little about me: I’m easy-going, tidy, respectful, and reliable. I enjoy yoga, meditation, dancing, hiking, arts and crafts, and spending time in nature. I love animals and plants, and I value creating a positive and harmonious living environment.

I’m hoping to find a peaceful home with friendly housemates where we can have a chat or share a meal from time to time, while also respecting each other’s personal space and quiet time. Keeping shared spaces clean and communicating openly are important to me.

I’m looking for a place in Grafton or within about a 30-minute drive, ideally in a flood-free area, and I’m hoping to move in between the beginning and middle of August. I’m reliable with rent and always pay on time, and I’d love to find a place where I can settle in long-term if it’s the right fit.
