Hey, I’m James, 27. I’m currently working as a subcontractor in concreting while studying Certificate III & IV in Fitness and working toward a long-term career in the fitness industry.

I’m laid-back, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep to myself but I’m always up for a chat when it suits. I’m big on keeping shared spaces clean and tidy — I’ve done years of trade work so I’m used to being organised and looking after where I live.

I don’t party, don’t bring drama, and I’m pretty routine-based with gym, study, and work. I don’t have pets and I’m reliable with rent and bills. My income comes from my concreting work as well as Centrelink while I study.

Most of my time is spent at the gym, studying, listening to music, or just relaxing. I respect people’s privacy and personal space and expect the same in return.

Ideally looking for a calm, clean household or a granny flat with easygoing, mature people.
