Hi, I'm Dylan.

I'm very quiet, tidy, and I always clean up after myself. I am agreeable, considerate and relaxed. I like my privacy and generally do my own thing, but I also enjoy a chat or a coffee if that suits the vibe.

I go to bed early, and spend most of my evenings reading, meditating and stretching. I don't drink, don't smoke, and don't make much noise.

I grew up on the surfcoast. I was medically retired from the ADF a couple of years ago. I'm receiving a pension from the ADF, so I have a reliable income and won't have any issues paying rent.

I do some tutoring work and some gardening work, and I'm studying psychology at Deakin.

I'm looking to live back on the coast again, in a peaceful place, where I can study and get outdoors.

I do jiu jitsu, yoga, walking/jogging/hiking and I love the sea. If you have pets, that's a bonus because I love animals.
