About me

My name is Leoni Rooi and I was Born in Namibia

a passion of mine is reading and watching anything related to psychology. The human mind has always intrigued me, and delving into psychological literature or engaging in psychological-themed movies and TV shows is something I truly enjoy.

I enjoy going out for dinner dates on my own because I value my personal space and like to have time to myself. It allows me to relax and enjoy my own company without any distractions.

I'm not really a party person. I love staying home and enjoying some quiet time. However, if you ever see me out late, it's probably because I'm visiting family, studying late at school, or simply enjoying some time by myself.

I also love going for walks and skipping rope as a form of exercise. It not only helps me stay fit but also clears my mind and rejuvenates me. The combination of fresh air and physical activity has a positive impact on my overall well-being.

Cooking is another passion of mine. I find joy in experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to create delicious meals. I am always eager to learn new recipes and expand my culinary skills. Cooking also provides a great opportunity for me to unwind and express my creativity in the kitchen.

One of my favorite things about Adelaide is its stunning beaches. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking, and I find joy in spending time by the beach, soaking in the beauty of nature.

I can honestly say that I am an extremely clean individual. I take great pride in maintaining a tidy living space

I genuinely enjoy making connections and getting to know the people around me. Building a sense of community is important to me, as I believe it enhances the quality of living for everyone involved. However, it is also important for me to mention that my sociability greatly depends on the reciprocation from others. I thrive in an environment where mutual respect and communication are present, as it allows me to truly feel connected and comfortable.

As for my studies, I studied interior design for a short period at Torrens University.

However, I took a break in my studies to evaluate and enhance my skills in the field. I will be resuming my interior design studies in 2024. This time, I'll be pursuing my education at TAFE SA, starting in the upcoming year.
