I’m a full-time healthcare worker moving to Wagga Wagga in 2026 for work. I'm a very quiet, tidy person and generally keep to myself given work is long hours and usually quite tiring. I've never been a party person and don't intend to start now; my idea of a perfect weekend looks something like a slow morning, a gym visit, a bit of yoga, and hanging out reading.

I've got a long history of renting, both in whole properties and with housemates, and I'm happy to provide references if needed. Please note that I'll be moving with two lovely and very well behaved little cats (strictly indoors) that I intend to keep in my room throughout the day where they'll undoubtedly be more than comfortable sleeping quietly. My rental history is inclusive of cats and we're all very well-practiced at keeping our space spick and span.
