Due to a last minute and very inconvenient change in circumstances I'm back to looking for a place. Wanting to move ASAP.

Looking for a shorter term stay as I am currently trying to purchase my own home in Albury/Wodonga soon.
Would also be keen to team up to get a rental and find someone to replace me on the lease before I move out.

I’m a horse girl at heart and also enjoy spending my time reading, crocheting, and hitting the gym. More than happy to do my own thing or hang out as a household.

Working full time from home in insurance.

Have 1 house pet - a very friendly 5 year old desexed female dog. House trained and stays outside when I’m not home. Used to come into the office when I lived in Sydney, so very well behaved.

More than happy to do my share of household chores.
Prefer female only household.
