Hi, I’m David, a 60-year-old retiree who’s quiet, tidy, and easygoing. I’m a non-smoker, don’t take drugs, and only drink on social occasions. I don’t have any pets and I’m respectful of shared spaces.

I enjoy movies and music and live a calm, relaxed lifestyle. I’m not a party person, but I’m friendly, flexible, and happy to go with the flow. I usually keep to myself but I’m still friendly and social, and I don’t have many visitors.

I’ve lived in shared accommodation before, so I understand house rules and the importance of being considerate of others. I’m reliable, clean, and respectful of people’s privacy.

I’m currently in the Philippines and looking to secure short-term accommodation (up to 3 months) before returning to Australia on 8 February 2026, as I prepare for a permanent move overseas later in the year.

I’m more than happy to have a phone or video chat before I return. I’m happy to pay a deposit to secure the room, with bond and rent paid when I arrive back in Australia.
