Hello!! I am a fresh graduate 🎓️ civil engineer live in Karna Land currently. I am working at a geotechnical company in Parahill. Amber is a final year student at UniSA and work full-time at an international logistics company.

We have sound experience and histories for renting and living on Gold Coast and Mawson Lakes from 2021.

We usually take care of the room & house based on the following principles:
1. Aim for a full bond refund with no damage to the room & house.
2. No illegal activities, pet, or smoking in the room.
3. No disturbances to the neighbors 🛌🏿, including 👂️ noise and 🚗 parking issues.
4. Maintain the original condition of the room & house at the end of the lease.
5. The weekly rent will be paid 💵 on time definitely.
We look for long-term living in Mawson Lakes if possible as we love this area.
6. Clean 🗑️ and tidy.
